Domestic Orders and Shipping
We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for any postal orders, and send to addresses within the UK only. All postal order costs include packaging/materials.
Prices of all online items include an additional 2.6% fee to cover admin and processing.
Product Returns and Exchanges
Returns
If a customer is not satisfied with their postal order they can opt to return it.
Customers have 28 calendar days from the original date of purchase to arrange, via email, the return of an item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused and in the same condition as it was received
Be in its original packaging
Include the receipt or proof of purchase
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your preferred banking details. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days depending on your bank’s transfer policies.
Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
An exchange can involve replacement of the same item or a swap for a different item. A customer can also opt for a refund instead of an exchange.
If the Item is Damaged and/or Faulty
“Faulty” items include broken safety and/or quality control seals, and/or the contents of a container are damaged.
While we take every effort to pack your orders with care, sometimes mishandling by the postal service during transit can result in accidental damages. If a customer is not satisfied with items in their postal order they can opt to exchange the items.
Customers have 28 calendar days from the original date of purchase to arrange, via email, the exchange of an item.
Items may be eligible for exchange/replacement under the following conditions:
Photographic proof must be provided that the contents of the item(s)* in question are damaged or faulty upon opening the package and before use.
*If the container is damaged but the contents are still safely consumable then this does not qualify as damaged contents.Valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Be in its original packaging.
Any differences in pricing between the old and new items must be resolved by bank transfer.
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item(s) to be exchanged/replaced. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange/replacement after inspecting the item. If your exchange/replacement is approved, we will send your item(s) to you as soon as possible. If you have opted for a refund instead, it will be processed to your preferred banking details.

For replacement of a damaged item fitting the descriptions above, shipping of the new item(s) will be covered by us.

If the Item is Undamaged and/or Not Faulty
Where the item(s) are not damaged or faulty, a swap or credit notice may be issued.
Items may be eligible for exchange/replacement (where the item is not faulty or damaged) under the following conditions:
The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as was received
The item(s) must be in the original packaging
Include the receipt or proof of purchase
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your item(s) for exchange after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a swap and send out the item(s) as soon as possible. Where a credit notice is approved instead, notification will be sent by email for use of future purchases.
